What is an ASP?
We provide a complete application suite for contact centers by connecting them to our service platforms.
This means that our customers rent the contact center software, and we bring this to them using the internet - which is the very definition of an ASP-provider.
Some people call this HOSTING, but the actual definition of hosting is not really the same as an ASP. Hosting should be used to describe placing your systems (hard- and software are owned by you) in a datacenter and then the hosting partner will maintain those systems for you. With hosting you are still responsible for updates, changes and uptime (redundancy) for which you still need a staff to manage and understand the processes.
With the ASP-model which HTSE provides you rent the total sum of all those items: systems, software, maintenance, upgrades, updates, redundancy, security, additions to the software, future-proof. You take care of your core-business, and the ASP (HTSE) takes care of your technology.
